Three Day Pacuare Raft & Canopy Tour

In an all-inclusive three day and two night adventure designed for active adults, you can experience the famous Pacuare River, enjoy the luxuries of the Pacuare River Lodge, and feel the sensation of the best Canopy Tour in Costa Rica.

Your raft guides from Exploradores Outdoors are among the best, guiding year round down the Pacuare River. They will train you to paddle down Costa Rica's most famous river, The Pacuare. On the Lodge grounds, pathways along the hillside lead you to accommodations nestled in the midst of a magical tropical rain forest. Dinner is served under candle light.

Day Two , your Canopy Pacuare Guides will gear you up for the best adventure in Costa Rica. The canopy tour which lasts 4 hours, includes: 12 Platforms, 6 Zip Lines, 5 Rappels, and 3 Cable Bridges.

Day Three, you will continue down the Pacuare River and complete your 3 day adventure with free transportation back to San Jose, The Caribbean, or Arenal Volcano.

Itinerary

Day One

• 6:00 – 6:30 am Pick- Up in San Jose, Southern Caribbean Coast or Arenal Volcano Area
• 6:30 – 8:00 am Transport to Exploration Center (Siquirres)
• 8:00 – 8:45 am Breakfast at the Exploration Center
• 8:45 – 9:30 am Transportation from Exploration Center to Pacuare River Put-in
• 10:00 – 10:45 am Preparation for the Descent (Safety orientation, paddle practice)
• 10:45 – 1:45 pm River Descent (including a hike)
• 1:45 pm Arrival at our Pacuare River Lodge with time to shower, change clothes, enjoy a delicious lunch.
• 3:30 – 5:30 pm hikes or free time at the hammocks.
• 5:30pm Happy Hour
• 7:30pm Dinner

Day Two

• 7:30 am Breakfast
• 9:00 – 1:00 pm Canopy Pacuare Tour
• 1:30 – 2:30 pm Lunch
• 2:30 – 5:30 pm Free time, hiking or swimming
• 5:30 pm Happy Hour
• 7:30 pm Dinner

Day Three

• 7:30 am Breakfast
• 9:30 – 2:30 pm River Descent (including lunch and a hike)
• 2:30 – 3:30 pm Arrival a tour Exploration Center with time to shower, change clothes, enjoy a beverage and reflect on the adventure just shared.
• 3:30 – 5:30 pm Transportation from Exploration Center to San José, Southern Coast Caribbean and Arenal Volcano Area
